Germany-based Gambian reggae-dancehall artist Jarck Boy recently released his debut album We Are All One People.
The musician says the album is full of positive messages. “This album is very inspirational and linked to all the issues happening today. As an artist I want to create more awareness for a better world where human beings can live in harmony and togetherness as one people despite their colour, race and religion.
The album comprises the tracks ‘Let’s All Unite’, ‘We Are All One People’, ‘Where Is the Love’, ‘Poverty’, ‘Love God’, ‘Jah Jah Love’, ‘Protect My Soul’, ‘Mama Loving’, ‘Never Let Me’ and ‘Thank You All’. It is currently available worldwide via all digital platforms
Jarck Boy, whose real name is Ebrima Janko Manneh, began his music career in 2007 when he released his debut single ‘Youth Dem Rise’. In 2013, he released ‘Rasta Man Calling’ and ‘Ahumba Dance’, which was accompanied by a video. In 2014, he dropped ‘Step Up’ and ‘Wine Up’ and two years later ‘Am Black and Proud.’
Last year, Jarck Boy signed to Full 100 Music, a German record label that produced his 10-track album.
Jarck Boy says he has shot a video to coincide with the release of his album and he is working with this management team on more videos that will be released later in the year.
He urged his fans around the world to watch out for more of his projects, as he uses music to spread positive messages. He is also planning a tour in the Gambia and Europe to introduce his music to a wider audience.
