Spotify introduces weekly Listening Stats feature for users
10 Nov 2025 - 17:09
Spotify has launched a new feature called Listening Stats, which offers users a weekly summary of their listening habits, including top artists, songs, and personalised recommendations.
The tool provides real-time updates, refreshing every 24 hours to give listeners an up-to-date view of their most played music. Each week, users receive a detailed overview of their favourite tracks and artists from the past month, alongside curated playlists based on recent listening trends.
According to Spotify, the feature is designed to encourage greater engagement by offering insights into listening patterns and milestones. Users will also receive weekly highlights, such as new discoveries or notable listening achievements, which can be shared directly with friends and followers through the app.
Listening Stats builds on Spotify’s suite of personalised features, which includes daylist, Release Radar, and Discover Weekly, all aimed at tailoring the platform’s experience to individual music tastes.
The launch comes ahead of Spotify Wrapped, the company’s annual year-end campaign that compiles each user’s listening data into a shareable summary.
Listening Stats is now available to users globally, giving music fans a more frequent look into their evolving listening preferences.
