BIO

KIU, is the Swahili name for thirst. The all-girl Kenyan group was formed in April 2013 by Pauline, Rosa and Tracy after they met at a music school where they were all students. They chose the name KIU as it subtly symbolizes the passion they share for music.

Through their music they have chosen to speak to all the passionate people who wish to quench their hearts desires. In 2014 the group released a video for their second Single Mwanake.
