Call for applications: Job opportunities at Culture Funding Watch in Tunisia

The Culture Funding Watch (CFW) in Enfidha, Tunisia, is looking to hire a project manager, graphic designer and photographer. The ideal candidate should speak Arabic, French and English.
CFW collects, organises and disseminates funding opportunities while offering customised resources. It seeks to build the long-term sustainability of cultural actors and organisations, as well as promote the establishment of evidence-based advocacy towards sustainable, transparent and responsible art funding.
Responsibilities
- Ensuring that the project is running smoothly on time and on budget.
- Creating a project schedule, with milestones, due dates and estimates and sharing relevant documentation and reports with project teams.
- Tracking and analysing projects’ performance, expenditures, procurement and report about any possible or current blockers, risks, overflows and deficits.
- Being a point of contact for various working groups.
- Ensuring resources and equipment are always available.
- Thorough project documentation.
- Creating and reviewing summary reports.
- Performing various clerical tasks as needed.
- Compiling and producing quality reports.
The ideal candidate should:
- Be a detail-oriented person.
- Have good communication skills.
- Be self-driven.
- Have strong knowledge and passion for the art and the creative sector
- Knowledge of related CCI concept
- Work autonomously, making decisions without too much managerial oversight.
- Have at least one year of working experience as a project coordinator or in a similar role.
