Open call: ACP-EU Culture online training modules

The training modules are designed to support the cultural and creative sectors in West Africa and will cover the following topics:

• Cultural entrepreneurship in sub-Saharan Africa.
• International co-production.
• Shooting and editing a video.
• Scriptwriting.
• Makeup for TV and film.
• Radio jobs.
• Advertising.
• Discovering publishing.

Implemented by the Organisation of the African, Caribbean and Pacific Group of States (OACPS) and financed by the European Union (EU), the ACP-EU Culture programme illustrates the ambition to boost the competitiveness of cultural and creative industries in ACP countries. With a budget of €40 million for the period 2019-2026, the programme aims to:

• Encourage entrepreneurship, cultural innovation and youth participation.
• Create decent jobs and increase the income of artists and cultural professionals.
• Promote the quality of productions and their distribution on national and international markets.
