Open call: ACP-EU Culture online training modules

African creatives are invited to submit applications for the ACP-EU Culture online training modules in English and French.
The training modules are designed to support the cultural and creative sectors in West Africa and will cover the following topics:
- Cultural entrepreneurship in sub-Saharan Africa.
- International co-production.
- Shooting and editing a video.
- Scriptwriting.
- Makeup for TV and film.
- Radio jobs.
- Advertising.
- Discovering publishing.
Interested creatives should register by sending an email to Mantchini Traoré at mantchini.traore@institutfrancais.com.
“We offer you the opportunity to create learner accounts so that you can follow and progress through the courses at your own pace,” ACP-EU Culture said. “To this end, if you are interested in taking part in this programme, send your name to the aforementioned email.”
About ACP-EU Culture
Implemented by the Organisation of the African, Caribbean and Pacific Group of States (OACPS) and financed by the European Union (EU), the ACP-EU Culture programme illustrates the ambition to boost the competitiveness of cultural and creative industries in ACP countries. With a budget of €40 million for the period 2019-2026, the programme aims to:
- Encourage entrepreneurship, cultural innovation and youth participation.
- Create decent jobs and increase the income of artists and cultural professionals.
- Promote the quality of productions and their distribution on national and international markets.
