SA: Scorpion Kings announce summer tour dates

The tour continues in Bloemfontein, Polokwane, Johannesburg and Rustenburg from February to April. It follows the success of last year’s shows in Cape Town, Mbombela, East London and Kimberley.

The tour, which is supported by Amstel and MTV Base, will also feature performances from Daliwonga, Young Stunna, Visca, Felo Le Tee and Mas Musiq, among others.

Kabza De Small and DJ Maphorisa released their first joint project titled Scorpion Kings in 2019. It was followed by Piano Hub and Return of the Scorpion Kings that same year in October and November, respectively.  They released two other albums after that, Scorpion Kings Live (2020) and Rumble In The Jungle (2021), in which they teamed up with Congolese musician Tressor.

The duo has won several awards together and have performed outside South Africa.
