UK-based Zimbabwean musician Farhaan ‘Kazz’ Khan, better known as Mr. Boomslang, is back with a video of his song 'Kudana’.
The single will be featured on his forthcoming album, and is sung in Shona, English and Ndebele. The video was filmed by Bidzi Films and Boomslang Media. This follows an activity-full 2016, which saw the pop artist release several singles.
“My wife always says I never answer the phone when she calls and then says she’s not going to call me anymore,” Kazz said about the new video. “That basically gave my team the idea for the visual, and it worked perfectly.”
“2016 was a big year for me,” he added, speaking about leaving Bkay and Kazz, a duo formed with his brother. “I came out officially as a solo artist; I worked on music and video productions to give my fans a feel of my new flow. It was definitely a great year.
“Well last year was definitely about branding and consistency, this year is going to be about working hard and working smart. I’m due to drop my album this year and I have worked with some very talented artists in the aim to make my vision into a reality.”
Kazz is currently working on an album which features artists Bailey Brown, Roberto, and Cal-Vin.
